My friend Carrie makes a very yummy, very easy mac & cheese. My family LOVES it. And so does everyone I make it for. She has it posted on her blog here. But I thought I'd share it with you too! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
8oz. dry elbow macaroni, cooked
3-4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12oz. can Evaporated Milk
1.5 cups Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese, in slow cooker. Sprinkle reserved cup of cheese over top.
2. Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours. Do not remove the lid or stir until the mixture has finished cooking.
